Frequently asked
What happens at the end of my trial?
You move to the Free plan. Tracklists from your DJ software, the OBS overlay, Go Live and all your set history keep working. Live track ID (audio fingerprinting) and mastering need a paid plan. Nothing is deleted.
What's the difference between Free and paid?
Free reads tracks from Rekordbox, Serato or Engine DJ. Paid plans also identify tracks from the audio itself - CDJs, vinyl, any controller - and master and publish your recorded mixes with the tracklist filled in.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes - from your Account Settings via the Manage subscription button (Stripe Customer Portal). Pro-rated, takes effect immediately.
What if I run out of live track ID hours mid-month?
Buy a top-up (above) or move up a tier. Hours reset every billing month; top-up hours carry over.
Do you charge VAT?
Yes, where applicable. Stripe Tax calculates the right rate based on your billing address at checkout.
How do I get set up after I subscribe?
See the Getting started guide - install the desktop client, sign in, connect your publishing platforms, and you're ready to stream.
