What happens at the end of my trial?
Your set history stays in your account. You won't be able to monitor new sets until you subscribe to a paid tier. Nothing is deleted.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes - from your Account Settings via the Manage subscription button (Stripe Customer Portal). Pro-rated, takes effect immediately.
What if I run out of monitoring hours mid-month?
Either buy a top-up (above) or upgrade to the next tier. Existing recordings are unaffected.
Do you charge VAT?
Yes, where applicable. Stripe Tax calculates the right rate based on your billing address at checkout.
How do I get set up after I subscribe?
